Returns

Returns and size exchanges accepted within 7 days from date of delivery
The shoes must be unworn, undamaged and in their original, saleable condition, with all original packaging, tags and accessories, including the sticker on the sole
The return or size exchange will be accepted once the product undergoes QC at the warehouse
In case of size exchange, the new pair will be dispatched once the QC is completed
One size exchange permitted. If the exchanged size is still not the right fit, the product may be returned for a credit note.
In case of return, a credit note with a validity of 12-months will be issued once the QC is completed

Every pair of Azzéa shoes is finished with our signature Azzéa Blue lacquered leather sole—a distinctive detail that reflects our belief that beauty should extend to every part of a shoe, even those seen only in passing.

Beneath the lacquer lies a genuine leather sole, chosen for its elegance, breathability and the way it moulds naturally with wear.

Like all natural leather, it will develop character over time. Scuffs, marks and gradual wear are not imperfections, but a hallmark of an authentic leather sole

In our flats, integrated TPU inserts reinforce the areas of greatest wear, making an additional sole protector unnecessary while preserving the elegance of a genuine leather sole.
